The || marks are there to separate the name and the other arguments from each other, there is no need to include them in the creation command. There are 1000 possible quest names right now and 300000 combinations of names and stats, with more added often! Refresh the page for another example!

The suggested HP of a quest is about 15 times the average stat. For a quest with stats of 2 or below, do 30 HP. For quests with stats of about 3, do 45 HP, for quests with stafs of 4, do 60 HP, and so on...
